1. Place the noodles in 600 ml of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Drain the noodles, reserving 75 ml of water (approximately 5 tablespoons).
3. Add the sauce to the noodles and sauté them in a pan for 30 seconds.
4. Stir well and serve.
Remember: This is a type of stir-fry noodle, not soup noodles.
Adjusting the spiciness: You can adjust the spiciness by adding less sauce to suit your taste. If it's too spicy, you can add a little milk or cheese to soften it.
