🚚​💨​ Shipping and Orders

Yes , all of our shipments via OKIDOKI Standard and OKIDOKI Express include a tracking number . You can check the status of your order at any time to know exactly when it will arrive.

Yes , we offer free shipping to the Spanish peninsula:

  • OKIDOKI Málaga: Free shipping for orders over €20 within our local delivery area.
  • Standard Shipping to the Peninsula: Free shipping for orders over €50.

🚛 Deliveries in Malaga:
OKIDOKI has its own delivery team for same-day shipping within an 8km radius of our physical store in Malaga .

📦 Deliveries outside of Malaga:
For addresses outside our local delivery area, we work with trusted carriers such as Correos and Correos Express

Yes , we offer shipping for frozen and fresh (refrigerated) products, but only through the OKIDOKI Málaga shipping method. This option is only available within our local delivery area in Málaga.

📦 At OKIDOKI , all orders are processed and shipped within 12 hours of placing your order. Our goal is to prepare your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your products without waiting.

At OKIDOKI , we want you to always enjoy a great experience . If any product arrives damaged, missing, or with any unexpected details , don't worry.

If your package arrived damaged or you received the wrong product , please send us pictures for further investigation:

1. Your order number (available in My Account → Orders or in your confirmation email).

2. The exact information you wish to change (new phone number, email address, or full address).

There are two possible situations:

1. If the order has not yet been shipped : the exchange is free.

2. 🚚​💨​ If the order has already been shipped :

  • The change of address will have a cost of €1.99.
  • This fee is applied because Correos must redirect the package from the incorrect address to the new one, which generates an additional cost.
  • At OKIDOKI we cover part of this cost, but the customer must pay the remaining €1.99.

We do not currently offer cash on delivery . However, we accept a variety of secure and recognized payment methods, including:

  • Credit and debit cards : Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
  • Accelerated payments : Apple Pay, Google Pay.

🎁 Puntokis Loyalty Program and Club

Join the Puntokis Club and start earning Puntokis with every purchase! It's easy: with every purchase you make, you accumulate points that you can redeem for discounts, exclusive rewards, and lots of surprises . It's like a game where you always win, just for being part of the OKIDOKI family! 🎉

Your Puntokis will expire after 3 months of inactivity . Make sure to use them before then to enjoy all the rewards you've accumulated. Don't miss out!

If you receive a refund, the corresponding Puntokis will be deducted from your balance.

To check your Puntokis balance, go to My Account → My Puntokis .

Yes! Your Puntokis Club account is available at OKIDOKI physical stores. Shop in-store and use your Puntokis to enjoy discounts, making buying more and saving more easier than ever!

Currently, Puntokis cannot be transferred to another account.

Yes, you need to create an account to start earning and redeeming Puntokis.

Puntokis are linked to the email address associated with your account. If you don't see your updated Puntokis, you're probably using a different email address for your account or order. Make sure you're logged in with the same email address you used to make the purchase or create your account. If you're still having trouble, contact us via the live chat in the bottom left corner of your screen, and we'll be happy to help.

You can redeem your Puntokis directly on the cart page, or go to My Account → My Puntokis to redeem your Puntokis for a discount code. Simply copy and paste the discount code on the checkout page. For more details, visit our Puntokis Club page HERE .

We recently moved our store to a new website. If your account isn't showing up or you can't see your Puntokis, don't worry :

We have a record of your Puntokis associated with your email from the previous website.

Our team will verify your information and transfer your Puntokis to you within a maximum of 24 business hours .
