1. Heat a pan and add 200g of coconut milk along with 50g of Panang curry paste.
2. Fry, stirring, until the oil rises to the surface.
3. Add 250g of sliced beef and sauté until cooked.
4. Add 240 ml of water. Bring to a boil.
5. Sprinkle 1g of dried kaffir lime leaves and 20g of chopped peanuts.
6. Serve with cooked rice.
Tip: For a richer, creamier, and thicker curry, substitute the water with coconut milk or milk.
