How to use Doenjang (fermented soybean paste):
1. In soups and stews: Add 1-2 tablespoons of doenjang to broths or soups such as doenjang jjigae (fermented soybean paste soup), along with tofu, vegetables, and meat for a deep umami flavor.
2. As a dressing: Mix it with sesame oil, minced garlic, and a little sugar to make a dressing or sauce for salads, noodles, or vegetables.
3. In marinades: Use it as a base for marinating meat, chicken, or tofu, adding sugar, soy sauce, and other seasonings to taste.
4. In stir-fries: Add doenjang to stir-fried dishes with vegetables or meat to give it a touch of fermented flavor and umami.
